ENGINEERED TO COOL.
How Cooling Works?
Our system uses the principle of evaporative cooling to reduce the temperature of air before it’s used for cooling the water.
This passive, energy-efficient process is powered entirely by the solar energy — no electricity required.
Hot Air Enters the System
Ambient air is drawn into the unit by a solar-powered fan.
At the same time, water is gently distributed across the top of specialized cooling pads, keeping them consistently moist.
Air Passes Through Wet Cooling Pads
As the warm air moves through the saturated pads, the water begins to evaporate.
This natural process absorbs heat from the air, significantly reducing its temperature.
Heat Exchanger Cools the Tank Water
A copper tube heat exchanger is placed in the cooled zone behind the evaporative pads. Chilled air and splashed water from the cooling pad surround the exchanger, creating a cool environment through continuous evaporation.
Hot water from the tank circulates through the copper coil, releasing heat as it passes through the cooled area. This process gradually reduces the temperature of the tank water.
The cooled water then flows back to the tank — and the cycle continues, keeping your water refreshingly cool all day.
